The required fees and tuition structure is as follows:
P3-K - $5200 per student
Grades 1-8 - $5000 per student
Annual Registration Fee - $250 per family
A family fee which guarantees class seats for all registered siblings of the same family, includes the annual FACTS Fee (formerly a separate fee) and provides for textbook orders. This non-refundable fee is paid with re-registration by February 19, 2024 or upon registration of a new family. Last school year, ASCS needed to turn families away in order to maintain appropriate class sizes and we anticipate a waiting list for some grades. Seats of returning students cannot be held without payment of the registration fee in full by February 17th.
Fundraising Fee - $350 per family
This amount is applied to each family (not per child). Families are granted credit based on the school profit generated through the family’s fundraising efforts. For example, if, in a particular sale, 60% goes to pay the company for the product sold, and the school receives the other 40% as profit, families selling $100 of that item will receive up to $40 credit toward their fundraising fee. This fee will be added into your overall tuition FACTS payments. All fundraising obligations met by March 31, 2025 will be credited by April 2025 to your FACTS payments, up to $350 per family.
You may choose to pay-in-full or pay in monthly installments. Monthly installments are through FACTS Tuition Management, June 2024-April 2025. All financial obligations are to be met prior to May 31, 2025. You choose the 5th or 20th of each month for your automatic payments.
